  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is returned in its original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 14 days

  • Exchange requests are processed once the returned item is received and inspected

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit


4. Damaged or Defective Products

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order ID and details

Such cases will be reviewed and resolved as fast as possible.


5. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated as fast as possible after approval

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sales or clearance

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original tags or packaging


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • In cases of damaged or wrong products, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Rativah

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
